BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Rachelle Bunch works in Property Management. She has had the opportunity to sing in award winning ensembles: Freeform (Columbia Basin College), Central Washington University's: Chamber Choir and Vocal Jazz 1, and The Las Vegas Masters Singers. While living in Las Vegas Rachelle had the opportunity to be a professional singer at the Venetian and row a boat through the canals of the Grand Canal Shoppes as a gondolier. Now back in Washington State, Rachelle had the opportunity to sing with WE last summer and is very excited to join the board and help WE become everything Evan could ever envision!
Rachel Rae wears many hats and she wouldn’t have it any other way! She is a property manager, soccer team manager & player, health coach and a member of the Starlight Carolers. In her free-time you may see her on her scooter, Night Fury, exploring new places or attending a local sports match or concert.
Kris McRea is a resident of Shoreline with her husband and two teens, and also owner of McRea Consulting, providing leadership, nonprofit and small business coaching and consulting to those making an impact in the world. Kris is proud to be a certified facilitator of Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ curriculum, teaching skills, practices and tools needed to support brave leaders and build more courageous cultures. Musically, Kris is thrilled to join Wellspring Ensemble as a 2nd Soprano and Secretary to the Board of Directors. She also loves to cook, garden, travel, paint, search for sunshine, and is always listening to every kind of music imaginable, much to her teens dismay.
Alice Carli is the owner of locally based Seattle Cucina Cooking School, a culinary education program focused on nutrition and environmental sustainability. Born and raised in Italy, Alice loves good food, classical music, cute shoes, and sunshine. She has been in choirs her whole life and can currently be found singing in the St. Clements Church of Rome parish choir, Choral Arts Northwest, Meridian Ensemble, and of course Wellspring Ensemble! She is thrilled to be joining the Wellspring Board of Directors as Treasurer to share her passion for financial management and beautiful music.

As a semi founding member of WE he is very excited to help the group take its next steps as it continues to grow.
Michael works a software engineer at Stripe. He's performed in various choirs since middle school. In his spare time, he also helps host and cater house concerts at his home in Madrona. He's excited to help Wellspring not only as a tenor, but also as a tech advisor and webmaster.
Kate Schubert is a retired Veterinarian who loves music almost as much as she loves dogs and cats. Besides singing, she also plays several instruments, and brings experience with performing arts non-profits to our board. The joy of making music with WE, and inspiring leadership from Evan are a highlight to her week.
Marjorie works as a teacher and musician in Seattle. She discovered her love for singing after studying Flute Performance at WSU. She loves to sing contemporary and classical, while helping others discover their own dreams. Wellspring Ensemble is the perfect mix of challenging musical repertoire and loving atmosphere to make her feel right at home. Now on the Board of Directors she hopes to serve with her skills in networking and musicianship.
Sara is a non-profit development professional who has been singing with both classical and jazz ensembles for the better part of her life. She joins Wellspring as both a performing member and our Board's Development Director, sharing her sector expertise to help grow our organization and expand our reach in the community and beyond. She is a big believer in the power of music, particularly choral arts, and wants to share this passion with as many people as she can. Sara lives in West Seattle with her cat, Wesley and can usually be found at a local coffee shop or wandering Alki Beach.
